How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the PintarPrep app or to pintarprep.com.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom, to “Delete account”, and tap “Delete my account”.
4. Confirm with your password. The account is deleted immediately.

If you cannot sign in

Email us at [email protected] from the account’s email address. We will verify who you are and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
• Your password and every signed-in session
• Your class enrolments and guardian links
• Any active subscription (cancelled immediately)

What is kept, and for how long

The following records are kept after deletion, but are no longer connected to your name or contact details:

• Exam attempts and results, kept as the school's academic record
• Invoices and payment records, which Malaysian tax law requires us to retain

Financial records are held for seven years as Malaysian tax law requires; academic records are retained by the school they belong to.

Things to know first

• Deletion is permanent. There is no grace period and the account cannot be restored.
• An active subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the remainder of the period.
• Guardians must unlink their children first — a child’s account is separate and is not deleted along with yours.
• Your email address is released, so you can register again later with the same address.
