Your data is stored on secure servers and transmitted using encryption where appropriate. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

When you delete your account, the following personal data is removed immediately: your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and password, together with every signed-in session, your class enrolments and your guardian links. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.

The following records are retained after deletion, but are no longer connected to your name or contact details:

• Exam attempts and results, kept as the academic record of the school they belong to.
• Invoices and payment records, held for seven years as Malaysian tax law requires.
• Audit logs of administrative actions, which we need in order to investigate misuse and meet our security obligations.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyse usage, and support the functionality of the Service. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences; however, disabling certain cookies may limit your ability to use some features of the Service.

8. Children’s Privacy

PintarPrep provides educational services to students, some of whom may be minors. We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service. For users under the age of 18, we require that a parent or guardian create or authorize the account. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor their children's use of the Service. If you believe we have collected information from a child without proper consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
