These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PintarPrep platform, including our website, applications, and all related educational services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PintarPrep is an educational platform that provides online learning services, including but not limited to course materials, video lessons, practice examinations, and related educational content. The Service is designed to support students, guardians, and educators in their learning and teaching activities.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. 4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed at the time of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

5. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to partial use of the Service, dissatisfaction with the content, or early cancellation of your subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

PintarPrep makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose. The content should not be considered a substitute for professional academic advice, tutoring, or formal education.

PintarPrep shall not be held responsible or liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the use of the content provided through the Service. Users rely on the content at their own risk and discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PintarPrep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on any content provided through the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription.

PintarPrep reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
